In 2019, Ukraine reported on the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The report of Ukraine provided answers to questions voiced out by the UN Committee – as part of a coalition submission, the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union as well submitted its own vision of issues that the Government of Ukraine should have addressed.
Now, UHHRU has prepared an alternative view of the implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, which is brought into the spotlight in our shadow report in Ukrainian HERE, in English HERE.
This product was made possible by the generous support of the American people through the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in the framework of the Human Rights in Action Program implemented by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union.
